Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Twelve South gear, but if it's not a perfect fit for your setup, we offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly from our store. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the product in its original box and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
